How the heck do you use doTerra Essential Oils?
Aromatically:
Diffusing essential oils allow us to breathe in the benefits with every inhale. Aromatherapy has been used since ancient Egyptian times and continues to be a powerful tool to support breathing, purify the air, and protect us from environmental stress. Plus, they make your home smell amazing.
Topically:
It takes just 26 seconds for substances applied to the skin to enter the bloodstream. By applying essential oils topically, we can immediately impact our health on the cellular level. LAVENDER
I love massaging a couple of drops of lavender into the soles of my feet to promote relaxation and restful sleep. My kids and hubby love it, too.
FRANKINCENSE
This oil is a total powerhouse with endless uses. My favorite way to use Frankincense is to dilute one drop in 1 tsp of honey and take daily to support my overall health.
LEMON
The fresh scent of lemon makes it the perfect addition to your DIY household cleaners. A few drops add its natural disinfectant properties to create a non-toxic environment for your family.

Our clients come to us with a boatload of health issues and it’s our job to narrow down the problems we solve so so we can set ourselves apart in a busy market.
Asked yourself what problem you want to alleviate ? Ask yourself what struggle you want to end.
Think of your journey. What steps did you have to take to alleviate the problem you were facing?
here are five action steps to take today to get clear on your niche :
1. Reflect on personal experiences:
Encourage your client to think about challenges she has personally overcome. What struggles did she face, and how did she overcome them? Personal experience often leads to passion and expertise.
2. Conduct market research:
Have your client research current trends and problems in her field of interest. What are people consistently complaining about or seeking help for? This can reveal unmet needs in the market.
3. Engage with potential clients:
Suggest that your client talks to her target audience. She could conduct surveys, interviews, or join relevant online communities. Ask questions like “What’s your biggest challenge right now?” or “What problem keeps you up at night?”
4. Analyze competitors:
Ask your client to look at what other businesses in her field are doing. Are there any gaps in the services they offer? Is there a specific struggle that’s being overlooked or inadequately addressed?
5. Create a problem statement:
Based on the information gathered, have your client craft a clear, concise statement that defines the specific struggle she wishes to alleviate.
