⇒ I blogged every week.

⇒ I did videos once a week and uploaded them on Youtube.com on key polarizing subjects to help my potential client know my story.

⇒ I detailed the problem for my clients and detailed the solution in my blogs.

⇒ I gave recipes, strategies for gut health and I build what I call – the “T factor” a.k.a the Trust Factor.

Blogging is your opportunity to educate and connect the dots for your clients. Make sure not to overlook this simple task.

Don’t Over-OptimizeYour Health Blog Post

Google is regularly updating their search algorithm. In several SEO circles, there are many tips for content optimization on the web that has gotten individuals in trouble. With this, you must avoid the use of keyword stuffing or overuse of keywords. And you must also get rid of duplicate content, publishing the same article in different places as well as other black-hat strategies that can fail you in the long run. Meanwhile, it is important to provide quality content to attract your potential readers.

Putting the Keyword

If you aim to experience positive results with your wellness marketing, you should include your keyword in the title of your post. The keyword phrase must be in the same order in your title as a long tail keyword. For example, the keyword that I am using is Health Coach Blogging. The keyword must appear in the title, first as well as in the last paragraph of the post.

When it comes to SEO, there are META description and META title tags. It was the section of your post that is used by the search engines to show your post online. The post about the health coach blogging three weeks ago is now on the rank 4 for this keyword. It was a long-term strategy and consistency is a key to produce successful results.

Use an Image

Images are very important for your blog posts. You can pick two images and name it with a variation in the keyword. You can set the ALT tag; it is used by Google to categorize pictures. Nowadays, social media uses images on their blog posts. Including an image to your post will able you to share it with different social media channels such as Pinterest, Facebook and more.
