A Spring Detox – Clean Eating for Weight Loss

How are ya feeling these days?

I was dealing with a headache last week that was killing me. I could not believe how I felt. I was finalizing the Spring Detox & Weight Loss program when it occurred to me, “Rach, time to cleanse baby.”

Imbalances look like this:

>>That extra 5, 10 or 15 pounds that seem to stick around no matter what
>>The 4pm slump that happens every day regardless of how much you sleep
>>The sugar craving that hits at 9pm, like a Swiss train
>>That brain fog that attacks you out of nowhere

I was taking a water pill every morning for fluid retention and elevated blood pressure. I am happy to say that I did lost 3 pounds, am sleeping more soundly, have not taken a water pill since April, and have normal blood pressure! Another surprising outcome of the detox was the improvement in my knees. I have arthritis in my knees, which would cause them to swell if I was extremely active on a particular day.
