I love making Green Smoothies and adding foods that support healthy digestion, which result in weight loss. When you consume foods that decrease inflammation, the body releases unwanted weight. I have found so many of my own health issues were related to an acidic body and consuming foods that were inflaming me instead of eating foods that decrease inflammation.
