The Best Tumeric Milk Latte Recipe ever

It is a cold and rainy day here in Florida.
I had one of those stressful weeks last week and needed a day of juicing, bone broth, soups, andthis baby – aka the gem in my life. I had to make my signature Tumeric Milk Recipe and then share it with you.

Here is the Tumeric Milk Latte recipe

1 teaspoon turmeric
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
dash of anise powder
1-inch fresh ginger
dash of black pepper
1 MCT OIL
1 scoop collagen. I love vital proteins.

1. In a medium pot over medium heat, add coconut milk, turmeric, and MCT oil.
2. Stir until mixture is hot and ingredients are well combined.
3. Add mixture to a high-powered blender and add collagen and ginger.
4. Top with cinnamon and love.

I love this drink at any time of the day but especially at night when I want something to warm me up.
