Your Story and your Health Coaching Business

I cannot believe another launch happened, and I could not have done it without the support from my own coaches. I have a lot of clients who always talk about needing support to take action in their life when it comes to food, letting go of fears, and being willing to invest in the support they need.

I could not have taken my business to another level without knowing my story. I could not have taken my business to the next level without the support from coaches I hired. They pushed me to let go of fears and step outside of being scared, to lean in and even fail.

Yes, you heard me: Fail {this is the place where you learn}.

I heard a great motivational speaker the other day who said this: ” FAIL FORWARD”. I literally stopped in my tracks when I heard this, because the fear of failing was a huge part of my life.

So when it comes to my business and my own personal life, I have to remind myself to let go of perfection and be willing and ready to fail.

I am so blessed to watch coaches, coach coaches, and get coached – because it is through the eyes of others that I have come to realize that failing is not a bad thing.

When your business or your launch is not happening, there is no perfect timeline or marketing strategy or 14-email sequence or business school that will launch you to the next level unless you are willing to tap into your own story.

1. Get clear on why you are coaching. What happened in your life or somebody else’s life that brought you to coaching?
2. How does this moment in your life apply to your programs, your niche, and the people who you want to work with?
3. Write down what gives you the chills and makes you want to wake up every day and do what you do.

I keep talking about launching your program and not being cookie cutter. Cookie cutter is fine for some, and it can work, but for many of those warriors out there, and if you are a wellness warrior, then cookie cutter is not happening.

Getting clear on what drives you every day and what makes you feel alive will give fuel to your marketing, your launch, your programs, and will attract the clients you want to work with.

So I am not gonna tell you how to do a webinar or a teleclass or how to hook up PayPal; instead, I am sharing the real deal, the real money-maker.

Tap into the deepest part of you that drives you to do this work and let go of any fear.
