Some of us graduate from School for health and wellness with a background in marketing, or graphic design or technology and some of us like myself, did not.

I had to learn and I find this is the case for most health coaches I meet.

Sometimes building a business can feel overwhelming, which is why I suggest starting here:

emptycheckWhat Products are you offering? Have a clear brain dump – supplements, oils etc.

emptycheckServices – What are you offering in your business? Do you have a done for you program to relieve the stress of running your biz? What are you offering in your Work with Me? a 6 month model or 3 month or do you offer Do it yourself online programs?

emptycheckHave you established yourself as an LLC or sole proprietor? If not, contact your state to find out how to sign up, then you recieve a TAX ID and you can ope a business bank account.


Now, you want to think about your sales funnel. You need a clear path for people to enter your sales funnel, such as an Opt in Freebie.

Brain Dump your ideas.

Then decide what social media platform you will use to become more visible.

Make sure you are using video to build your social media.

Vidoes will boost your SEO on as well as humanize your business. The copy on your website and sales pages can only take you so far. Trust me…I have been in your shoes.
