[03:01] Katie is all about the deep digging into the subconscious, reverse engineering, and knowing who you are. [04:57] Katie strives to make things easy, simple, and something you can do for yourself over and over again. [05:58] Until you know and understand who you are, you will most likely be confused and constantly seeking guidance and answers. [08:11] You don’t need a perfect digital marketing pitch, your person wants it straight from the heart. [11:09] It is a journey because you have to go back and figure out where you got off track so that you can get back on track. [14:12] Katie shares her story of hitting rock bottom. [15:16] It is alright to dig for who you are and dig through your truth. [18:48] We often have a lot to learn from our teachers before our journey with them is over. [20:37] We all need different things at different times. [21:13] Once you get the healing and the pieces that hurt out of the way then you can start renovating. [25:52] By giving someone permission to be who they are, something in the energy field opens and expands the subconscious. [27:38] Often as women, we feel shame, guilt, and that we are broken. [28:01] This journey is different for each of us, but it is still an amazing journey. [30:21] We want there to be a magical cure or quick fix, but that isn’t how it works. It is going to be hard, but it is going to be a journey to an amazing life. [32:45] It takes courage to build a business and the conviction to show up. [34:01] Katie can’t promise that you will never be sad or stressed again, but she can train you on how to get back to the center no matter what happens. [36:19] Why do we have to wait until it gets so bad? [39:11] “The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.” Joseph Campbell [40:55] We will have times of suffering, but if we go into that cave we can find our light. [41:35] Growth happens in a community or when we are working with someone.[43:32] Everyone sees their life in a different way. [44:32] This is your journey that your ideal client is going to identify with. [45:55] Find your divine path. [46:27] When you feel inner movement and emotions, that is a good thing.
