How to Make a Lemon Water Elixir for Healthy Detoxication

Many people, just like me, suffer with low stomach acid, which leads to poor elimination, gerd, IBS, constipation and absorption issues. This is what has worked for me. I am by no means a doctor or nutritionist but I have suffered for years and those days are over because I know what to do for healthy detoxification, how to balance my bodies PH, which reduces those unwanted infections. For so many years, it was infection after infection and I will save you the gory details for a later time but OMG, this is my home run natural solution and I bet it will work for you too. Say bye bye to belly bloat and toxic junk and say hello to a happy and healthy you.

1 cup room temperature water
Juice from 1 lemon
2 teaspoons Bragg’s raw apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon raw honey OR a couple drops of stevia
1/2 inch of fresh ginger root or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (Use stevia if you are on yeast cleansing or low sugar diet) – or dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of sea salt for minerals.
Stimulates digestion, releases toxins from the liver, jumpstarts your digestive enzymes, and is loaded with vitamin C.
NOTE: If you feel nauseous or experience tightness in the chest after drinking the morning lemon elixir, please omit the Bragg’s raw apple cider vinegar. This reaction can occur from the body’s releasing of bacteria and unwanted toxins during detox. Continue to drink the lemon elixir, omitting the Bragg’s, for at least three days, and then try to re-introduce or use only 1⁄2 teaspoon of the apple cider vinegar. If the reactions continue upon reintroduction, continue to only drink the lemon water.
