I love pie. And let’s be serious..it tastes good but if you are working hard to keep off the weight during the holiday season, eating pit is not going to be your BFF. I do believe in ditching the diet mentality and eating just a little but let me be honest – I have no will power when it comes to certain foods.

Raw Chocolate Avocado Pudding
1 avocado
1 cup almond milk, rice milk or hemp milk
1 zucchini, chopped
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon raw honey, or 1 teaspoon stevia
Using a food processor or high power blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Put in refrigerator until it is cold and then enjoy!
