Chocolate Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowl

Looking for a breakfast packed with healthy fats, protein and chocolate? This is your home run meal. Easy to make and delicious to eat. Kick the dieting to the curb with this meal. So many of my clients love this clean eating breakfast – simple, easy to pack for the “on the go meal.”

Chocolate Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients: 2 servings
3/4 cup non-dairy milk, or water
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1/8 cup sesame seeds for topping
1/2 banana, sliced
1/4 cup hazelnuts for topping
1/8 cup coconut for topping

Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until very smooth then top with your favorite toppings. Take it up a notch with protein by adding a protein powder like pea protein, vega or sun warrior.
