She leads a mastermind group full of health experts and influencers. In an effort to share and create helpful content for women, Jana founded the editorial blog, Best Holistic Life. Best Holistic Life includes articles from Jana, but it also incorporates writings from many other health experts on topics such as nutrition, mind and body, essential oils, and more. It is an incredble resource for those who are struggling with their health and are ready to make a change. In August 2019, Jana founded her own podcast called “oh, my health…there is hope!” as was recognized in several magazines for her work.
