After my husband and I lost everything in the stock market, I knew the only way I could take my business to the next level and help my family was to be unabashedly BOLD … and to start actually asking for what I want.
Asking for what you want ain’t always easy, babes.
The morning I emailed the amazing Dr. Ann Louise Gittleman, I was scared.
I gave myself a dozen or so pep talks, chugged my bulletproof coffee with coconut oil and stevia, and finally said to myself, F*ck it. Why not?
And with one big “You can do it, Rach”, I asked Dr. Ann Louise Gittleman to join me as a guest expert on my interview series.

It didn’t stop there and it never does. Everyday I take risks daily and feel scared. During the 15 years I have been in business, there are times where I feel like I am losing my Sh*T. (yeah, #truthtelling)
So why am I telling you this?
I’m telling you this because IF you want to grow your business exponentially, you need TO GO FOR IT. Take Risks.
And the only way to grow your business is to step up, face your fears, and ask for what you deserve.

I need a plan. I was scrambling for recipes for my clients and felt overwhelmed taking care of me, a biz, kids, family etc.
The moment I realized this, fear began to slip away.
Do you want to be a well-known name in the health & wellness world? Do you want to own a powerhouse empire? Do you want a business that allows you to change people’s lives?
All you need to do is TAKE ACTION BUT THE RIGHT ACTION.
You have your work, working for you and you deliver a 6 week sugar repair program or a cleanse to your client come New Years 2017 or you have one to deliver in your 1:1.
