My Health Coach Story

I remember the day I had my first coaching call and not with a client but my coach.

She called me out on it. She said I was not clear on my message. I was stumbling over my words.

I did not know how to express what I did without making it long or too wordy.

My story —–> It was not compelling enough.

I sat there crying as my coach told me this but  a good coach will tell you this with love.

It changed the way I did business.

My business changed when I got clear.



  1. What brought you to become a health coach?
  2. What personal pain have you experienced that relates to you as a health coach?
  3. What did you go through to get to where you are right now?
  4. How can your story serve your niche?

Answer the above questions on a separate piece of paper so that you can define your niche. Your niche will come from your story.

When you take the time to develop your story, your why and the reasons you want to help others, you will have clarity when you want to develop:

  1. Your website
  2. Your about me page
  3. Your signature program
  4. Your sales funnel

The story is the key foundation.

I see so many coaches not developing this area and suffering financially.
