For centuries we have used ancient ways to bring the body back into balance. We have used spices to warm the digestion – which means better assimilation of nutrients and that means a strong immune system.
If the digestion, and yes peeps – your digestion starts at your mouth and ends “down there”, is weak you may be suffering with weight gain, headaches, chronic olds, candida, parasites or even just feeling tired. If you are looking for a way to naturally strength restore and boost your immune, then this is the drink for you.
Learn how to make Turmeric Milk.
Get ready for the fall season because this drink is made to clear out toxins, support the lungs and remove inflammation that leads to belly bloat, toxicity and poor sleep. For all my detox peeps who wanna warm the digestion (spleen), decrease inflammation and get really healthy with me, start making this beauty tonic and feel energized.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup dairy free milk
1 tsp. local honey

Did you know turmeric is used to combat inflammation?
This powerful herbs soothes the digestion, boost your immune system and increases your good stomach acid that you need to assimilate your food and digest it properly – which means no more belly bloat, faring when you should not be farting or poor bowel elimination.
