Jing Coffee with Maca, Chaga, Coconut Oil for Energy

Yep, I am a coffee drinker but I drink the right kind of coffee…. the one without the junk.

Coffee should be on the dirty dozen list so make sure your coffee is organic and if you want to go a step further, then check out my teachers coffee, David Wolfe and buy the coffee with a high antioxidant level plus it is mold free.

You can buy his super charged, antioxidant coffee here.

Another coffee that is mold free is called Bulletproof, which is here. For me, I have never been able to tolerate ghee, but if you can, they have an awesome recipe and ghee has been known to soothe and rebuild the intestinal lining plus great for brain health.

{If you are intolerant to mold or yeast, check out these two options and decrease the mold as much as possible.

To make this vitality – antioxidant – supercharged madness that I drink for my Jing, just follow these simple steps once you learn about Jing.

I follow an amazing chinese herbalist named Ron, who defines Jing : “The first “treasure” is known as Jing, which may be translated as regenerative essence, or simply as essence. Jing is fundamental to life. It is the deepest source of energy in the body and is associated with our genetics. Jing is also our long term energy and may be thought of as our reserves of life force. In Asia, Jing is associated with regeneration, longevity, youthfulness, deep long-term vitality, mental energy, the source of power for the reproductive system and for optimal functioning of the immune system. Jing energy also supports our skeletal system, renal functions and our ability to hear. Jing is believed to govern our courage and is the power behind our will.”

To make my Jing Coffee:
1. 1 cup organic coffee (mold free preferred)
2. Add 1 tsp. maca (adaptogen for stress)
3. 2 tbsp. raw cacao- high in antioxidants + fiber
4. Add 2 tbsp. chaga powder
5. Raw Stevia if desired
6. Organic coconut oil – 1 tbsp.
