Lavender Fudge Brownies

1 1/2 cups coconut oil

1 1/4 cups agave

1 cup organic cocao powder

1/2 tsp sea salt 1 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 drops Lavender Essential Oil*

Place all ingredients in blender and mix well.  You may find you need to liquify the coconut oil (I find Nutiva Coconut Oil works the best). Pour into a baking dish and spread evenly. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. Cut into candy-sized pieces and enjoy.

* Flavor substitutes: 1 drop cinnamon oil, 1-2 drops citrus bliss or 1 drop peppermint oil

Everyone feels a certain way about ingesting oils and I am not here to tell you what to do.

For me, and I am not a doctor, I love adding essential oils to my foods but this is your personal decision. Oils are powerful when used in a diffuser or typically and for many, there is no need to ingest them.
