The Best Paleo Meatballs – Easy Simple Recipe

I was so happy when I realized I did not have to stop eating meatballs just because I could not tolerate gluten and grains. I am blown away by how good they taste and trust me, you will not even know the difference. Why eat the gluten, which a glue like protein, when you can make them gluten free? Gluten, for many causes headaches, digestive upset, sleep issues and inhibits the thyroid.

I finally have my thyroid working properly and there is no way I am putting gluten in my body. I guess I am lucky because I am intolerant to gluten but for many it is a choice. Look for physical and emotional imbalances when you consume gluten. For many, it may be a rash while another person has hormonal imbalances.

For me, I found my life changed when I gave up gluten and grains. I have an autoimmune and grains were inflaming my body leading to poor sleep, endocrine issues and digestive upset (I will leave out the gory details).

Try my favorite Paleo meatballs and fall in love!
