I eat 2 every afternoon with a cup of tea. My cravings are gone and I get a good dose of amino acids from the protein powder – exactly what I need to stay away from binging on junk. * You know that time of the day where you body could consume anything, right?
This is my home run and go to snack.
The Best Paleo, Vegan and No Sugar Protein Ball Recipe
To Make:
1/4 cup of almonds
1/4 cup of walnuts
1/4 cup protein powder
1 tbs of raw cacao
1/2 cup of soaked dates, w/o the pit
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
Blend mixture in a high speed blender, then roll into small balls. Roll the balls in shredded coconut. Put the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes, then consume.
