Let’s face it dieting does not work. It never worked for me. To be honest, dieting lead me to binges, craving junk food and feeling depressed.

Diets and weight loss do not have to be about deprivation. I love making smoothies with tons of raw cacao. I love making delish soups with chicken or even fun skewers with pineapple and chicken.

For me, a combo of paleo and raw work best for my autoimmune. I do not prescribe to any one diet, which is why I offer so many different option for my clients.

I teach my clients what I wishes I would have been taught – how to improve digestion to reduce inflammation. When the digestion is functioning properly, weight loss is easy.

When the body is free of toxins and foods that are filled with hormones, pesticides, then weight loss is easy.

If you want to lose weight and keep it off, look to people who have successfully done it – without making themselves CRAZY!!!.

  2. Eat all every three hours
  3. Drink more water
  4. Eat at home
  5. Eat whole foods
  6. Reduce stress
  7. Get a good night’s sleep
  8. Get moving
  9. Keep a journal

  12. Eat more vegetables

If you want to lose weight, eat more green vegetables and less simple carbohydrates.  Give up the “C”‘s – cakes, cookies, candy and chips!  Once those goodies are out of your house and your life you WILL lose weight.

  • Fruits and vegetables
  • Small amounts of high quality protein
  • Small amounts of healthy fat (coconut oil, avocado)
