Post Memorial Day Simple Detox by Rachel Feldman

There are two types of people.
1. The person who says NO to the BBQ and sweets, beer and treats on Memoria Day
2. The person who says yes and then feels funky with bloating, constipation, headaches or even adult acne. oh so cute.
So I found an article I wrote for mind, body and green years ago.
Here is a clean eating quick #cleanse to rev up the metabolism after Memorial Day.

My Bonus Juice Recipe:

2 cucumbers
4 celery stalks
1 beet
1 orange
4 mint leaves

 Day 1

Upon waking

~ drink water with lemon and a dash of cayenne pepper

Breakfast Juice

1 cucumber
handful of kale
½ bunch mint
a handful of parsley

Wash all of your ingredients and then juice. After juicing, finish your drink off with the juice of one lemon.

Breakfast Smoothie- Serves 1

1 scoop plant based protein powder
1 1/2 cups dairy free milk

1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
