The best adrenal fatigue smoothie by Rachel Feldman

How often do our clients suffer from adrenal fatigue?
How often do we as health coaches suffer from adrenal fatigue?
???? I was diagnosed with adrenal issues over 20 years ago and I suffered.

I read books.
I tried different diets
I tried everything out there from probiotics to changing habits to full protocols and realized there is no one magic bullet.

????Here is an adrenal recovery smoothie:
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon collagen or 1 tablespoon spirulina (vegan)
1/2 cup frozen organic berries
1 cup of organic kale
juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon spirulina

I needed to change all areas of my life from body, spirit and mindset.
???? There is NOT a magic pill.
???? There is NOT one magic juice or food.
???? There is a combination of all of the above to find peace and recover.

I told my clients as I told myself,” This would not be an overnight job.”
I started to eat foods that supported adrenal recovery.
I began to change my mindset and how I reacted to #stress.
I changed my #workouts because I was a hardcore gym rat and needed to be careful with my adrenals.

???? Healthcoaches asked if I would create a #doneforyouprogram for health coaches and the answer is yes.
