The Ginger Shot Recipe for Immune Boosting

ginger

I call this my home run sickness momma prevention shot. Yep, I am a momma and a business owner and I am sure just like you …. you do not have time to get sick either. I love the Ginger Shot Recipe for Immune Boosting and so will you.

This is a Wellness SHOT (and not the one that goes in your arm).

This ginger shot will support your body to naturally get rid of a cold. I am not a doctor but I am a momma, health coach and detox specialist who knows how powerful foods can be and how it can help to eradicate bacteria and viral junk.

If you are looking to prevent colds or you feel one coming on then reach for the ginger shot.

I drink this daily and it is the best!

ginger shot

Here’s how to make it:
Juice 1  lemon (awesome for flushing the liver and lymphatic system)
Juice 1-inch piece of ginger or use 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger powder (reduces mucous in the lungs and digestive tract)
Add a dash of cayenne pepper (anti-viral properties)

If you feel a cold coming on, then drink this shot three times. If you are looking for preventing sickness then you can drink this once a day. The lemon gives you tons of vitamin C, the ginger stimulates digestion because it is yang energy. It will warm the lungs, digestion and decrease mucous in the body. Then the dash of cayenne is great for it’s antiviral properties.

I love sickness prevention and I love feeling healthy. I know feeling sick stinks and lately it seems everyone I know is dealing with some sickness plus my little one is in Kindergarten brining home the little bugs ( so my whole family is in sickness prevention mode).
