After dealing with my own inflammation and auto-immune issues because my digestion was compromised for so many years, I have learned the importance of detox. I do not promote detox in my practice because it is cool or because I want my clients to lose weight; instead I believe detox is the key to disease prevention.

Detox is about removing unwanted toxicity from the body so you can digest better and therefore the infalmmation decreases.

When you detox foods that may be irritating your body, it supports your organs so you can lose weight, boost your metabolism, increase your sex drive, recharge your metbaolism and improve your bowels.

By doing the Daily Detox, you will feel renewed, recharged and refreshed. I call this the TRIPLE R!

The Most Important Detoxification Methods to Decrease Inflammation.

We all have some level of inflammation because we stress, we eats foods that irritate our intestinal lining and we breathe pollution in the air to name a few.

So here are 7 Simple Tips for the Daily Detox!

  1. Have a Positive Outlook on Life
  2. Drink Water with Lemon & Lime every morning upon waking
  3. Try Juicing or Smoothies once a day
  4. If you can Sauna – 15 – 20 Minutes A Day or Sweating during Workout
  5. Exercise – At Least 15 Minutes of Muscle Building A Day – Sweating, eliminating toxins, balances out hormones, increases HGH which keeps the muscles strong and slows down the aging process.
  6. Try Meditation or Deep Breathing for 5-15 minutes once or three times a day
  7. Chew your food: Proper Digestion leads to less inflammation

By improving your digestion, you will decrease inflammation in your body. Daily detox is essential in this world.
