SLIM DOWN GREEN JUICE RECIPE

  • handful of swiss chard (hello green love)
  • handful of parsley (boost of natural iron)
  • 1/2 green apple (great for liver)
  • 1 cucumber (hello no bloat)
  • juice of 2 limes (hello alkalize my body)
  • 1 inch slice of ginger (hello improve digestion)

*NOTE- we add ginger to juices to warm digestion and enhance assimilation of nutrients. The body does not like to be shocked by cold juices (by adding warming spices, we eliminate any shock and enhance the assimilation of nutrients/vitamins). 3d rachel juice cleanse Grab a Free Juice Cleanse here: https://rachelafeldman.com/2014/08/31/5-healthy-juicing-recipes/ Start September feeling lighter after a hot summer and use this 3 Day Free Juice Cleanse for a day or even 3 days.
